The Things I'm Currently Craving
Okay so ever since I've started playing club soccer, I've been trying to eat healthy. Like I said, trying. Anyways I've been finding some amazing foods that are healthy as well as yummy, and most of the time fun to take pictures of.
Grapefruit
These are now one of my favorite foods, and I have an obsession with grapefruit juice due to its tart taste. They are full of Vitamin C, obviously because they are a citrus fruit. which means they help combat the formation of radicals found to cause cancer. They also reduce your risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Pomegranate Seeds
Pomegranates are also pretty tart at times, and they are healthy as well. They are known to be the fruit with the most antioxidants and they help reduce many health problems such as cancer, osteoporosis, depression and high blood pressure.
Caesar Salad and Smoothies
Okay so I guess caesar salad isn't exactly the healthiest due to the fatty dressing, but honestly it is so amazing and it's still better than going to a fast food restaurant. The smoothie is one of my current obsessions that I probably have about three times a week. My top three favorites are the Naked Super Greens as well as the Odwalla Superfood and the Odwalla Mango Protein Shake.
